The Bypass1 piston technology has been a winner since its inception. Racers like Adam Drake and Ryan Maifield have used our pistons to win some of the largest racing events in the world, such as the 1/8th scale IFMAR Worlds and Dirt Nitro Challenge.

But we didn't stop there. We listened to the racers, gathered their feedback, and went back to work on designing an even better Bypass1 Piston. And today, that new tech is finally here!

The MIP Bypass1 Hi-Flow Pistons are designed for the most popular 1/8th scale line of vehicles, includingMugen, TLR, Associated, Tekno, Hot Bodies, Kyosho, Sparko and XRAY.

What's new with the Hi-Flow Pistons?

• Decreased outer diameter:This allows for more blow-by at slow shaft speeds,which gives your car more freedom to move and improves control on the racetrack.
• Better jumping, landing, and bump recovery:Your car will jump higher,land smoother,and recover from bumps much quicker.
• Improved lap times and more wins:The Hi-Flow Pistons will help you decrease your lap times and win more races.
• Customization options:You can run the Hi-Flow Pistons in the front or rear shocks,or even mix and match them with your current Bypass1 Pistons.

MIP Color-Coded Valves for Ultimate Tuning

The Hi-Flow Package also comes with our MIP Color-Coded Valves. These valves allow you to fine-tune your car's shocks to your liking, giving you an even greater edge over the competition.
