The McDonnell Douglas Boeing Company produced the F/A-18E Super Hornet aircraft in the 1990s. The first F/A-18E took flight in 1995 and was delivered to the USN in 1999. The E Variant was fabricated as a single-seat aircraft, while the F was produced in a tandem-seat configuration. Larger and more advanced than the F/A-18, the E Variant can haul a more significant amount of weaponry. This kit with over 90 parts faithfully recreates the F/A-18E Super Hornet in 1/72 scale. The fully assembled model is 25.6cm long and 7cm tall.
