The first generation Hyundai Pony was introduced in 1975 as an economy saloon car. By 1976, it was being exported to five foreign countries. The Pony was powered by a Mitsubishi 4-cylinder engine, giving it a top speed of 92 MPH. This 1/24 scale model from Academy builds into the taxi version of the Hyundai Pony. The finished model is 16.6cm long.
