The Israeli Defense Force adapted the rugged M38A1/CJ-5 jeep into a highly mobile anti-tank platform by mounting the OREV (Israeli designation for the TOW guided missile system), creating a fast-response vehicle capable of engaging enemy armor during the 1970s and 1980s. This 1/35 scale kit accurately captures that distinctive field conversion with newly tooled Israeli-specific equipment, a detailed TOW launcher and fire control system, optional launcher configurations, and finely reproduced chassis and engine details. Photo-etched radiator grille parts, authentic IDF accessories, and decals for vehicles used during the Yom Kippur War.
