Model Kit

The twin-engine bomber Do 17 was designed by the German Dornier Flugzeugwerke company. From 1939 it produced Do 17Z planes with a new Waffenkopf type nose part and air-cooled Bramo 323 Fafnir engines.

From 1939-1940 about 500 Do 17Z-1 and Do 17Z-2 bombers were produced. They took part in all 1939-1941 Luftwaffe operations in Polish and French companies, in the Battle of Britain, and also in Balkans and in the Eastern Front.
