Specification:

1. PWM signal output frequency is 100Hz, peak voltage is 4.5V.
2. Voltage: Voltage supply is 5V from ESC to the convetor; Voltage supply is 5V/3.3V from ADC output to ADC device (Not ground with ESC 5V)
3. Current: Max current is 200mA that the convertor needs from ESC; The current is max 50mA that ADC output can supply to ADC device.
4. ADC input signal range: 0-5V, the difference between Max and Min voltage should be no less than 1V.
5. PWM output signal range: 0-5ms, the difference between Max and Min should be no less than 0.2ms.
6. Transform tolerance should be lower than 0.5%.
