The Russian KV-1 was a heavy tank utilized in the defense of Russia during the Second World War. Short of being completely bulletproof, the KV-1 could withstand 37 or 50mm anti-tank guns with its 100mm thick armor. It weighed at least 45 tons and had an armament of machine guns and a 76.2mm main gun. The production life of the KV-1 came to an end in July of 1941. This model kit faithfully recreates the Russia KV-1 with a Heavy Cast Turret Tank, Model 1942, in 1/35 scale.
