With its first flight in 1917, this aircraft was a particularly remarkable triplane fighter that took extensive military duties with the Luftstreitkrfte during the spring of 1918. All top aces including the Richthofen brothers flew this very aircraft and scored impressive aerial victories. Meng brings to life this 1/32 scale replica with a highly detailed airframe inside and out, from ultra-realistic fabric covering to wing construction/structure. The Fokker Dr.I interiors, engines, guns, and sights are done to the highest detail. In this SQ002S release the 1/10 resin bust of Manfred von Richthofen is included to make a excellent presentation of the famous Red Baron and his favorite aircraft.
